The hotel is fantastic, with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly service, and a superb location in Snowdonia National Park. The dining experience was great, although I wished I had tried the tapas. The facilities were top-notch, making it a great value for money.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel was right in the heart of Betws-y-coed, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view of the main road. The service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel right at home. However, the dining experience left a little to be desired. Overall, a top-notch choice for a stay in North Wales.
